Bingham is an upper-class residence hall that houses approximately 80 residents. Its design resembles a traditional style with double occupancy rooms located along 3 main hallways. In these hallways, students have access to a community restroom and study room on each floor. Laundry rooms, however, are only on the 3rd and 1st floor. Additionally, there is a kitchen on the 3rd floor and one kitchenette on the main lobby (2nd floor) along with a nice ping pong table.

Dana Residence Hall housing is a Co-Ed Hall housing continuing students. Dana, a traditional-style hall, features a variety of community spaces including a spacious rooftop patio and can hold approximately 127 residents. Located right in the center of the Quad, Dana is just a few minutes' walk from Draper, Seabury Center, Hutchins Library, Lincoln Hall and many other main academic and administrative buildings.

Danforth was built in 1971 and originally introduced the suite-style living concept. The residence hall was completely reconstructed and reopened in the spring of 2020. Now, Danforth is an upper-class residence hall that houses approximately 174 residents. Its design resembles a dual-functioning style with double occupancy rooms located on 4 floors. Upper-class Gender Inclusive Housing (GIH) is located on the lower level, first and second floors.  Students have access to a community restroom on the main lobby (1st floor) and lower level and study room on each floor except on the 1st.  Laundry rooms, however, are only on the lower level and 3rd floors.  There is a ping pong table on the 3rd floor.  The main kitchen is located on the lower level but there are kitchenettes on every floor.

The Berea College Ecovillage is an on-campus ecologically sustainable residential and learning complex designed to meet the housing needs of nontraditional students (parents, married couples, students over 23 years of age) and graduating seniors. The 50-unit complex is a part of the Nontraditional Student Program and houses 96 residents in a combination of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment configurations. To accommodate different needs and family sizes, there are 8 one-bedroom apartments, 38 two-bedroom apartments, and 4 three-bedroom apartments. All apartments are equipped with central heat and air, a full kitchen, a study space, and a full bathroom. A laundry facility is on-site in the Commons House. Berea College Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Ecovillage.

Elizabeth Rogers, or "ER" as it is commonly referred to, is an upper-class women’s residence hall that was originally built in 1924. ER is located right next door to Presser Music Hall and is on the same side of campus as Dining Services.

Fairchild, the oldest building on campus, erected in 1872, was the first brick building in this area. In addition to serving as a residence hall, it also accommodates offices of Nutritionist, Counseling and Continuous Improvement on the ground and main level. This residence hall houses upper division students. Fairchild is in a very central location. It is right next door to the Alumni Building, which houses many campus organizations and Dining Services. It is also next to Woods-Penniman (Woods-Penn) which houses the Student Life Office, Public Safety Office, Sandella's Cafe.

Harrison-McLain Home Management House, finished in 1966, was established by the Home Economic Department. It is a laboratory for 10 Child and Family Studies female students studying family resource management.

James Hall houses approximately 104 upper-division residents on five residential floors. Each floor has primarily double occupancy rooms, access to a study space, and a shared restroom. James Hall is our only suite-style community on campus. The facility provides elevator access to all floors, building-wide air-conditioning, and internet services in each room. A full kitchen in the basement and laundry facilities can be found on each floor.

Housing approximately 196 first-year residents, Kentucky-Talcott Hall serves as a first-year residence hall with 24/7 visitation, Co-ed, and Gender Inclusive Housing living communities. Split into two wings, both sides are set up as a traditional style hall with double occupancy rooms along hallways that adjoin to community restrooms and common lounges on each floor. Kentucky and Talcott are connected the annex, which has a central sky light. There are student staff members that live on both sides in addition to a live-in professional Residence Life Coordinator to help meet the needs of the residents and to promote and participate in the residence hall community.

Kettering Residence Hall was built in 1971 and completely rebuilt in 2021, transitioning from suite style format to a more traditional dorm with double occupancy rooms.

Pearsons Hall is a majority-female first-year residence hall located on Campus Drive at Berea College. Originally constructed in 1910, the residence hall is composed of three full-floors and two half-floors of double occupancy rooms.

Seabury Hall is an upper-class female and GIH residence hall located on Prospect Street at Berea College. Originally constructed in 1959, the residence hall is composed of two residential floors with double-occupancy rooms and a basement area with a fully furnished kitchen and study rooms.
